Arch Air Medical has transported one injured person to a St. Louis hospital after construction site accident in O’Fallon, Illinois. Reports are that a wall collapsed in the 600 block of Milburn School Road injuring the worker. The construction site is just north of St. Clair Square Mall. No word on the extent of the worker’s injuries.
